That same night, as one of our Chaplains was leaving, he noticed a package was being thrown from a vehicle on the highway into our property. The package contained 3 cell phones and cigarettes. The broken window was replaced. We have a window project to re-enforce the metal surrounding the windows and replacing the windows that will be started in November (after firearms training). In addition, we are looking at placing a fence in order for the visitors not to have access to the common areas where the windows are located. Jerry C.
